Cameron was born October 26, 1956 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Milton and Jimmie Linda (Perry) Carter. He was a resident of the Kalamazoo area for most of his life, graduating from University High School. Scott Carter and Mary Carter; and many nieces and nephews.
