I love the old school tiki establishments and TV's Atlanta has some really cool stuff inside of it.

The food was also very good. The tiki mugs on display in the glass case. Once we sat down, the staff was friendly and helped us pick out drinks.

My concern is that because of where its located... it needs to be sharper and more fresh - or else some hotel exec will deem it 'old' and move to replace it, which no one wants to see.

Was super fun and the atmosphere was great! This is a cute little spot hidden in Decatur.

I went with a couple of friends and we noticed right away that this is a popular date night spot.

My best-of choice for Georgia. There have been ebbs and flows in the quality of the drink offerings over the last decade or so, but its value as a piece of Polynesian Pop history has helped it remain an important attraction. Located in the basement of the Hilton hotel downtown you’ll find Trader Vic’s. Tiki Tango is a hidden oasis, perfectly nestled amidst the ever-changing Midtown skyline.

Drinks: These are all reasonable and delicious, some can be a little overpowering depending on who's behind the bar but never had a bad drink here. In my mind, all Trader Vics are swanky hideaways in the basements of big Hilton Hotels.

It was a rough night. While there may not be too many tiki-type places in Atlanta to offer such a slice of paradise, we have a three-story bar that will blow you away. I was a little disappointed at the time because the drinks all tasted just a little off, ratios wise. I'm not sure if the rating is based upon visits from the past, but this was the most disappointing Tiki bar I've ever visited.

Extensive drink menu. I felt like I could’ve been in Honolulu in the 70s, the only thing missing would’ve been Don Ho.

Though there are several Trader Vic’s throughout the world, the Atlanta one was one of the originals, standing the test of time. I was with a group of people and well tried several of the drinks on the menu, some of which were very extravagant and some simpler drinks like the painkiller. Tiki Iniki – this tiny spot is BIG on the tiki theme. Glad to see the balance is finally there in the drinks!You can get different sized drinks, from a single drink to a 2-4 person sized "bowl" to the largest $100 punch bowl. We are going back! Gotta try that flaming drinks if you go. They try their twist on Caribbean inspired foods but it misses the mark for me. I have heard many people that have asked me if I have been to this place because I live in the area and I decided to try it this past weekend. The inside has a dark/moody thing going on, which I absolutely adore in a bar. When I am in Atlanta I always visit this Trader Vic's because it is a classic - and reminds me of the Trader Vic's in Scottsdale that closed in the early 90's. Everytime I go here I feel like I'm cheating on my husband this place gives me side chick vibes. Get there early because the place is small and booths and bar spots fill up extremely fast. I went there on a Monday and Tuesday night where the most of the hotel guest were booked in banquets that week, so it wasn't crowded at all. And after a few Mai Tai’s you may just feel like you’ve been transported the South Pacific.

Drinks were ok - not super awesome, but good for sure and the vibe was great. The prices are usual city prices ($10-15 for a drink), but they do have a happy hour drink daily for $5, but it sells out QUICKLY! Pain Killa: pay a little more to add some extra alcohol. This Trader Vic's opened in the basement level of the Hilton Hotel in downtown Atlanta in 1976. This was my first time at this spot since it was Paper Plane. Although not many tiki’s and the disappointment of no tiki barware I felt like I was transported to another time and place. Amazing tiki bar! Jasper Meer is a semi-regular at Trader Vic's. Bring back the Bongo Bongo soup! Not bad, not great. Then the busser walked through and said "Get out." These drinks legit have alcohol in them. Old school waiters/bartenders. And the Chinese wood-fired ovens are no joke. I would have liked to stay, but I ended up across town at SOS, and the night was salvaged. All three really just didn't work for me, we ended up playing drinking games in order to finish the drinks faster so we could order another one. Renee – YASS!

They're location 3. Hawkers Asian Street Food (located on the Atlanta beltline), Trader Vic’s has fancy tiki food and cocktails, Bon Ton is another fantastic tiki spot with strong cocktails.

Seafood rocks here at Bon Ton. A gem for sure but honestly having visited Vic's in Emeryville I don't understand the high praise for this location.

Several of us were doing a cocktail crawl, we hit this place early in the evening. We intended to have a few drinks outside but ended up grabbing food as well. In Summer 2020 we will be opening a cider production facility and tasting room! (Hubby loved it).
